– Customer Support Representatives 

– Lead Generation & Telemarketing 

– Technical Support Services 

– Virtual Assistance 

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times due to technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Client Responsibilities 

By using our services, you agree to: 

– Provide accurate and complete information. 

– Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 

– Avoid any misuse of our services, including spam, fraud, or abusive behavior. 

Payment & Fees

– Payment terms and fees for services will be agreed upon in the service contract. 

– Late payments may be subject to additional charges or service suspension. 

– All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. 

Confidentiality & Data Protection 

– We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. 

– We comply with applicable data protection regulations to safeguard personal and business data. 

– Clients must also ensure that any shared data complies with privacy laws. 

Limitation of Liability 

EvonTalk is not liable for: 

– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. 

– Client losses due to inaccurate or incomplete data provided to us. 

– Third-party disruptions affecting service performance. 

Termination of Services 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a client violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to make payments as agreed. 

Changes to Terms 

EvonTalk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
